What are the requirements to book on YourStudios?
We ask everyone who uses YourStudios for a few pieces of information before they make a booking. Event Organisers need to have this info completely filled out before they can make a reservation request. This info helps venues to know who to expect, and how to contact the event organiser.
YourStudios requirements for event organisers include:
Full name
Confirmed email address
Confirmed phone number
Profile photo that shows their face
Introductory message
Agreement to space rules
Payment information
Venues won’t see event organisers real email addresses, even after they book. Instead, venues will see a temporary YourStudios email address that forwards their messages to the event organiser.
