Once you know where you’re booking and whose venue you'll be hiring, all you have to do is get going!

Before you get there

Send a message to your venue to arrange a check-in time and arrival details like studio access codes or picking up the key etc.

We'll send you an email that includes details of your booking, receipt, and venue contact information. You can also view your reservation details, alter your hire, or cancel your reservation from the My Trips section on your personal account page.

During your hire

We encourage you to enjoy your hire! Enjoy the Venue and remember to be considerate of any neighbours. If any issues arise during your hire, be sure to get in touch with the venue. In most cases, they'll be the person best equipped to help you. If your venue can't solve the problem, please contact us.

After your hire

Write a review about the venue and their space so other people can learn through your experience. Your venue will also have a chance to write a review for you, too. Then, pick the next studio you'd love to hire and find a space on YourStudios!
