The Space

Alongside a large industrial dining table from the old chocolate factory, there are soft seating areas, opulent furnishings and trailing plants. The space even opens onto a small terrace and walled garden for your guests to enjoy while floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the interior in natural light.
Popular with brands for photoshoots and filming this versatile event space also regularly provides the backdrop for a range of events, from wine tastings and canapé receptions to meetings, team away days and product launches. Thanks to its luxe styling and welcoming charm, the lounge has become a popular venue for corporate and private events.

We have a 65" TV screen available for hire and flipchart and whiteboard for conference purposes. 3 phase power with a 63 plug is available for film shoot.

The lounge is an open-plan and versatile space in a fantastic location just minutes walk from London Bridge station.

Minimum number of hours for advance booking: 6 hours. Half day hire available from 8am to 2pm or after 2pm. Otherwise it'd be consider as a full day hire.

Additional cost for before 8am and can open until 11pm and weekends, contact for specific quote.

Low impact photoshoots/filming/events we can sometimes offer a discounted hourly rate and could be hired by hours. Please contact us for info.

It is on the first floor of the building with access via stairs only.
