The Space

With a workshop downstairs and studio/office upstairs, this much loved space has been used for all sorts of creative purposes over the years.

We've had great big meetings there, designed festivals, built huge art installations, prepared thousands of flowers and produced many experiential events. It's loved by architects, prop-makers, florists, set-builders and anyone looking to make a creative vision come true.

Event organiser Access

24hr access is available.

We do have a soundproof studio and private office available to hire by special arrangement only, they are not included..

Interaction with Event organiser

A studio manager will meet you and show you round on your first day, After that you will be able to access via the key safe.

We will be avaiable at all times if you need assistance.

Space Rules

We are generally easy-going but we have neighbours so please don't blast music after 7pm.and we ask that you leave the studio as you found it.

Please take any rubbish or bulky waste away with you, for smaller everyday items a general and recycling bin is available in the yard.

If you plan to do something very dusty or involving spray paint, please use the space available outside in the front of the studio as it can get everywhere.

The whiteboard is very handy for meetings, afterwards please take a photo and wipe clean using the solution provided.
