The Space

We are happy to work with you to accommodate your requirements, but please bear in mind that we are an Aerial Fitness studio with a number of classes running through the week - which might cause issues depending on the times and duration of your preferred hire period. We charge class cancellation fees should we have to reschedule any classes.

Please note: Should you require exclusive use of the whole building, you may be required to hire both studios to ensure privacy and the access you require.
Both studios are available for hire (individually or together), both measure 9m x 6m with a floor area of 55 sq m (600 sq ft). The walls are pigeon grey with the main rig exposed and clearly visible. The lighting is LED and is fully controllable, it can be changed from ambient mood lighting to a nightclub setting at the flick of a switch! As such, it can cater for all types of moods and colour options. We also have a speaker available for any sound requirements but please bear in mind that, as we are open plan, there will be noise from the other studio.

As we are set in a Victorian railway arch, there is a great sense of space and volume. The main studio has a 9m ceiling height at the apex, reducing to 7.5m at the spring line. (Please note - the fact that we are situated in a working railway line does mean that there are regular trains running overhead - which can be heard!)
